Super Simple Nachos
Whilst waiting for the BBQ coals to get to cooking temperature I often make a batch of these nachos for everyone to nibble whilst waiting for the main food to be cooked.
Ingredients
- Bag of Tortilla Chips
- Jar Salsa Sauce
- Sour Cream
- Cheddar Cheese
Method
- Pour the Tortilla chips into the base of an oven proof dish.
- Drizzle on the salsa and sour cream (be careful not to add too much or the nachos will become soggy).
- Grate the cheddar cheese over the top.
- Place on the BBQ over direct heat with the lid on for around 5 minutes until the cheese has nicely melted.
- Serve immediately.
