Sausage Quesadilla
A simple alternative to using the normal hotdog roll this is a great tasty favourite.
Ingredients
- Sausage
- Flour tortillas
- Sour cream
- Tomato
- Cucumber
- Cheddar Cheese
Method
- Cook your sausages as normal on the BBQ using direct heat with the lid down.
- Once the sausages are cooked remove from the BBQ.
- Spread a thin layer of sour cream over one side of the tortilla wrap.
- Thinly chop the tomato and cucumber and spread evenly over the bottom half of the wrap.
- Roughly chop the sausage and spread over the bottom half of the wrap.
- Grate a small amount of cheddar cheese over the top.
- Fold over the top half of the wrap (make sure the wrap is not to full).
- Place the folded wrap onto the BBQ either on a griddle plate or baking tray.
- Cook for 5 minutes until the wrap becomes golden in the colour.
- Cut in half and serve immediately.
